  1. Every permit issued shall become invalid unless the work on the site authorized by such permit is commenced within 180 days after its issuance, or if the work authorized on the site by such permit is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days after the time the work is commenced.
  2. This permit, approved plan sets, and other required documents for this project shall be printed and kept on site until the completion of the project.
  3. Call Before You dig, Call 811 3 working days before the project starts for locations of all utility lines.
  4. Backflow assembly tests must be sent to backflow@arvada.org.

The issuance of this permit, any inspections made, or certificates of occupancy issue shall not be construed to be a permit for, nor an approval of any violation of Building Codes, Engineering Standards and Specifications, or any other code or ordinance adopted by the City of Arvada. Failure to comply with these laws or correct deficient work shall lead to an immediate revocation of the permit. Per sections 69.0 and 78-309 of the Arvada Municipal Code, the permittee shall be responsible for and bear the sole cost of any required relocation of their facilities located in or adjacent to public rights-of-way whether above or below ground.
