Creek stabilization project.
This one is fully funded and managed by MHFD, so they will take care of the official Notice to Proceed and hold the P&P bonds and warranty bonds with the contractor. We will still require city inspections on any ROW improvements and correct deficiencies before entering the initial warranty with MHFD.
