No activity for 6+ months. Voiding this permit - can reopen if/when contractor is ready to move forward.

Got a call from one of the owners - Dan Yacovetta 303.587.5228- the project has stalled, and he is working to get it moving again. I gave him the overall timeline in a nutshell and let him know we had been waiting on revised plans for almost a year and so had denied the permit. He is going to reach out to Sturgeon and get revised plans submitted so I have re-opened this permit. Will assign Dev Review once new plans are attached. Also need another TCP review to make sure Jeri approves all TCPs - so far she has only stamped 1.1 and 2.2 (which are revisions of #1 and #2
