I drove by the site last Friday afternoon and it looks like the clearing and grubbing is finished or close to it. I am assuming that the pipe materials have been ordered and are scheduled to be shipped to the site soon, if they are not already there. I would like to schedule another precon for the underground utility work on Wednesday 9/22/21 at 9:00a.m. So that we discuss or cover any items that there are questions about. Please keep in mind that no utility work can take place on site until after the new contractor and city personnel have met.

This development has jumped ahead of the surface precon meeting and installed curb & gutter. I have spoken with Rick & Kyle about the situation we are in now. Inspections have been completed for subgrade proof roll, concrete pours and tested by CTL. Rick has stated the final pavement design will match the work that has been completed thus far. At this time until the traffic materials submittal (for the ROW signs),compaction tests and final pavement design is approved we will not proceed with any asphalt inspections. If the pavement design does not match the work that has been completed we will need to remove all installed curb & gutter and reinstall per the pavement design.

Per Jim G. - put permit into under construction so inspections can be scheduled for other items not related to concrete & paving.

Traffic material and site compaction report approved and 3 year extended warranty letter rec'd.
