PLACING PERMIT ON HOLD: Please be aware that this permit is being placed on hold. Please reach out to us to discuss this. This is being placed on hold because we have received a business license application that was reviewed by the building safety division on 7/31/26, that is indicating a change of occupancy/ use of this unit due to a lack of previous CO certificate of occupancy for this unit. We do not have record of a recent CO certificate of occupancy for this unit so now a tenant finish permit will likely be required for this new business moving into this space in order to ensure that we collect the correct plans, perform a plan review for compliance for this use, perform proper inspections, etc. Please reach out to us at buildingpermits@arvada.org to discuss this further.
